2021 became very active for us with \u00a0the opportunity to purchase the remaining part of Moles Station at Kybeyan. To purchase and amalgamate into one holding was only possible with the sale of my property Boudjah near Cooma and Emma and Joe selling their Pinewood property and for them to relocate to Moles, with the addition of their daughter Florence.<\/p>\n
Wade Sephton who was previously managing Moles ,agreed to stay on and is a terrific member of our team.<\/p>\n
A new challenge for Wade was to become involved with Stud Rams and the QA of this years sale team has to be the best ever as the stud master who previously may have been able to just do his own thing no longer has that option.<\/p>\n
Planning to have 84 Rams penned for sale, which will certainly provide better selection for clients.<\/p>\n
The feature of this years sale will be the first 7 Rams. They are by Tara Park Damo (TPD , who was purchased as the top price ram at the 2019 Tara Park Sale. His sire line \u00a04339 s traces back to Emo Rouh 180, a very influential sire at the start of Boudjah). TPD was mated with the Maiden daughters of the One Oak maternal family.<\/p>\n
To start the sale with sons of maiden ewes by a new sire that have earned their place on merit as well as breeding is rewarding.<\/p>\n
Boudjah will exhibit a select ute load of sale rams on Sunday the 17 th at the Cooma Showgrounds and we look forward to seeing you on Tuesday the 19 th of October.<\/p>\n
